CSD of South Dakota completed a year-long strategic planning journey in collaboration with Innivee Strategies, Inc., and our ad-hoc committee. Based on community feedback and data, the ad hoc committee has recommended the top 5 priorities to be addressed over the next 3 years.

Communication Service for the Deaf (CSD) of South Dakota announced the launch of its strategic planning process for the new 2022-2025 strategic plan. This plan will determine and communicate the organization’s priorities for its services to the Deaf community in South Dakota during the ensuing three year period.

Last week, CSD of South Dakota launched our 2022-2025 Strategic Planning initiative to determine goals and priorities for our organization. We partnered with Innivee Strategies, Inc., a Deaf-owned and led organizational and leadership development consulting firm to be a neutral party in leading this effort.
