Last week, CSD of South Dakota launched our 2022-2025 Strategic Planning initiative to determine goals and priorities for our organization. We partnered with Innivee Strategies, Inc., a Deaf-owned and led organizational and leadership development consulting firm to be a neutral party in leading this effort.
We wish to learn from our community and stakeholders about the programs and services that will be the most beneficial to the various deaf communities* here in South Dakota. This survey asks questions that consultants from Innivee Strategies will analyze and bring to our Ad Hoc Committee to support the development of our organization’s new strategic plan.
All responses will be anonymous and confidential. The deadline to respond to the survey is Sunday, November 21, 2021, at midnight MST.
Each question has a video translating the question into American Sign Language (ASL). You can respond to each question with a written answer or record your answer in ASL. The instructions can be found in the survey.
